31st Haspa Marathon Hamburg
Haspa Marathon Hamburg is considered one of the most popular marathons in Germany with almost 15,000 runners taking part. Starting in the heart of the city, the route stretches along the internationally known harbour and passes some of the city's most beautiful landmarks. Supporters line the entire course to create a truly incredible and unique atomosphere. Mizuno has been a main sponsor for the Haspa Marathon Hamburg since 2014. The aim is to help contribute back to society through the support of sporting initiatives that share our values based on integrity and dedication.
41st Amsterdam Marathon
Regarded as one of the leading marathons worldwide and supported for over a decade by Mizuno, the Amsterdam Marathon attracts over 30,000 runners from over 65 different countries. The Dutch capital boasts one of the largest and most prestigious annual marathons with runners treated to a route passing some of the city’s most renowned landmarks such as the Vondelpark and Rembrandt Square before finishing inside the spectacular Olympic Stadium, which was built for the 1928 Olympic Games. Of those runners expected each year, 10,000 are anticipated to participate in the full route, making the Amsterdam Marathon the largest in the Netherlands. For those not quite ready for a full marathon distance, the Mizuno half-marathon (21.1km) is the perfect solution, with 14,000 runners making the Mizuno-sponsored race the largest half-marathon in the country.
Osaka Marathon 2016
Mizuno's history is intrinsically linked with Osaka. It is where Mizuno was originally founded and to this day remains the location for the company's headquarter. The eagerly anticipated Osaka Marathon is expected to attract over 30,000 runners. With runners treated to a route passing some of the city’s most renowned landmarks, the race starts in front of Osaka Castle. Over the past years, the event has become one of the most prestigious global annual marathons of the running calendar. We consider it an honour and a privilege to be the number one partner for this event.
